"Came through for food at McDonald's"
"I wanted to give 5 stars because my kids love the food but this place is way understaffed. I feel really bad for everyone working there today. Other customers probably chewed them out; I have waited for my one burger for over 30 minutes and l couldn’t get my food either. Customers are driving off without getting their food because they have waited so long after they paid for. I’m not upset with staffs here; it is not staffs’ fault. It is the management. I worked in food industry before and l hate to give bad reviews but this is very unacceptable for customers. I’m very patient but after 45 minutes of waiting in my car for my one burger and l didn’t even get my burger, and I have to leave, l don’t think l want to come back."
