"During the intake appointment we were provided a copy of Renaissance's contract. Their contract states that "if anyone other than the non-custodial parent is picking up the child for the exchange it must be approved by the custodial parent." On two different occasions (that I know of) they allowed someone other than the father of my child to pick up my daughter without notifying me. I brought this issue to their attention and they denied their contract saying this at all. I still have their contract that I signed. Even after my lawyer talked to Trevor about this issue they continued to allow someone else to pick up my daughter. They do not follow court orders. They constantly change the exchange times even though the times are set on the order. They do not document exchanges. I would not recommend using Renaissance's service. Willwin is another service I will start using."

"I love Renacance I've been to another place and felt uncomfortable and my son was uncomfortable as well. From the start staff was friendly helpful and sincere I always felt comfortable and understood my situation never judged they are the nicest group of people a blessing for this short period of time. They are professional in matters and helpful to the fullest extent. Also a great perk is being able to go to liberty Park that is in walking distance, so much to do there I love this place!"
