"My daughter has been going here since November 2022. All the staff have been super patient with her. Her first few weeks were really rough and she would cry but all her teachers would work together to comfort her. My daughter loves going here now and will ask to go to daycare even during the weekend. I have noticed my daughter's social skills, and language improve so much since she started going here. I also love that they tell you through an app what your child ate, how many times they went potty, nap time, etc. They will also send me photos of her throughout the day. (they sent me the photos attached) As a parent it's important to know that my child is safe. And I know that she is safe here. To enter the facility you need to go through two locked doors, so there is no risk of random people gaining access. Overall, everyone here is amazing and I love that my daughter is happy here."

"My child loves this place. I love this daycare. The staff is welcoming and loves your kids like their own. They have this app that shows you when they eat, go potty and the upload pictures constantly. If there is ever an issue, they'll message you, and respond to your questions. Meals always include fruits and veggies, and they ask permission before serving birthday sweets or watching movies (which is usually only during the holidays). They even have activities outside of daycare including the zoo and a trick or treat activity on Halloween, obviously Santa and so much more. I feel my kid is safe because there is a gate and no one can get through without a badge. I definitely recommend this daycare. My kid is barely 2 and can identify some letters and their sounds. It's amazing."

"Our daughter absolutely loves First Steps. She’s been going here since she was 3 months; she is now almost 3 years old. Each step along the way she has had teachers that love and adore her. She has learned a lot that is helping her prepare for Kindergarten. She is an only child so the interaction with all the other children has been great. The Brightwheel app that they use is the best. If we were to ever need to switch preschools, it would be rough not getting updates and pictures of her throughout the day. With the pictures they put in the app, I’ve been slowly been creating a photo book for her on Shutterfly. We are up to about 60 pages of pictures which is a good idea of how much they keep us informed of her day-to-day activities in the past 2.5 years."

"We have absolutely loved First Steps! My son has been going there for about 7 months now and he truly loves going to “school”, as we call it in our house lol They have an app that they regularly post updates through out the day, and they also share pictures of him doing activities, or even just for fun! They’ve been so attentive and helpful, having excellent communication regarding any concerns or issues they have, including working through his picky eating! Major props to Ms. Miranda on that one! Lol Truly we are so thankful for everyone there and couldn’t be more happy! ♥️"
