"I’ve had very positive experiences with all the staff members I’ve interacted with. I visited multiple times as we planned out our kitchen reno and they were always willing to offer whatever help I needed: from showing me around and putting together the product list for my dream kitchen (or updating it as things shifted), to providing a tape measure when I wanted to physically confirm several dimension, to answering a million questions to just letting me wander and explore at my leisure uninterrupted. Abi in particular has been extremely helpful and always happy to answer questions and do whatever I needed. She was my go to person through the process and did an awesome job. I am looking forward to attending the demonstration classes shortly."
"Make sure you look like you have money when you walk in, and maybe you'll get helped. Looking like a random couple who just dropped their kid at dance class on their day off will get you ignored. We've been walking past this place once a week for about 4 years. Finally went in because we are about ready to build our dream kitchen and... The woman at the front was nice, but didn't help much aside from telling us we could walk around. The woman cleaning up food in back was rude and short. Basically, no one helped us or talked to us or gave us any information. We were kinda excited to finally go in and explore appliances for our new house... and now we are kinda deflated. Guess we will go elsewhere or order online."

"Awesome ! They don't sell anything here. It is simply a showroom where you can see some amazing kitchen and appliance displays without pressure of anyone trying to sell you something. You can even rent the venue for your own events."
