"Absolute ZERO! On costumer service. If I have to choose from 1 to 5 stars I give it ZERO. My $2000 Samsung Z fold phone screen collapses 100% only due to regular use. I call costumer service and they have me schedule an appointment with their tech team 2 weeks in advance. They tell me the only guys that can look at it are 1 hour! From my home. I pass 3 of their stores between my home in Spanish Fork and Salt Lake 2100 s. I spend a bunch of gas to get there. By the way they had a bunch of instructions in between the appointment and the actual visit to "PREPARE" for the appointment. I get to the store and in 3 seconds the guy on the desk tells me " Hi! Is that a Samsung Fold? Just to let you know we don't have parts for it here. There is nothing we can do to help" ... Seriously! YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT THROUGH THE PHONE!!!!AND SAVE ME GAS , TIME AND MONEY! ..IM COMPLETELY DISSAPOINTED."

"Manager didn’t want to honor a price match on a very expensive item. It’s fine though because my money will go to a company that wants to earn my business—which it did. Thanks Best Buy. Now I know who I will continue business with."

"Today, January 30th, 2024. As I was making my way to the checkout, I noticed that none of the registers were open. I saw a female Asian employee at the “Pick-up” booth, so I went there to check out. The booth was located facing the registers. As I put my card in, waiting for the kiosk to charge my card, my 2-year-old toddler ran behind the closed registration area to explore, as toddlers do. I was attentive the whole time, so I called him and told him to get out of the area. While I was doing that, the Asian female employee who was helping me yelled at my son, “Come back! You’re not supposed to be there!” Remind you, he had not touched anything at that point. He was simply looking. Immediately, I got super upset but was just trying to let it go. My son ran out of the area and moved towards the door to her booth, and immediately she yelled at him again. The thing is, I was there the whole time; this happened within seconds of me putting my card into the kiosk at check out and waiting for the charge to go through. I CAN take care of my own child. He’s 2 years old, so he’ll run everywhere because he’s interested in everything he sees. What I don’t appreciate is you yelling at my son while I was already telling him to get out of the area. I'd love a manager to contact me and discuss this issue."

"Great sales person, even if he was a little new. But ehat should have been a straight forward credit application had issues, they wanted additional info and were going to mail me an application. Sorry, that doesn't work for me so someone else gets to earn some interest while I pay off my purchase."

"Since getting a Best Buy Credit Card in 2020, I’ve had a great experience overall. My LG C1 stopped working the same day I took it home but I went back and they exchanged it, no question asked, and even loaded it in my truck for me. Products are always in stock at this location. Pick ups and returns are easy and hassle free. Their credit card promos for purchases outside of Best Buy are amazing! I get 0%APR financing and Best Buy rewards to top it off. I also signed up for the Total Plus membership which already paid for itself with all the savings and discounts I get. The “Drops” feature is also amazing and lets total and plus members get first dibs on highly sought after items. This location is also very clean and super helpful."
