"Worst smiths I’ve ever been to. Produce is almost always gone and goes bad in a day or two. The cottage cheese they had out expired 2 weeks ago. Employees are all awful. Absolutely horrible location."
"So I have been shopping here since I was in high school, so I can honestly say the cashier's are super friendly, great service. The problem I ran into since around the pandemic, the price hikes have been astronomic. I am very frugal, but I try to eat healthy at the same time. There is definitely some price trickery going on here. I have had many items have a sale price on it for single unit items, only to be rang up and have it several dollars more expensive. Also they have only one lane open past 9am. Also the prices here are absolutely not competitive, because it's in a VERY wealthy neighborhood. Shop at a Smiths in Sandy or Salt Lake, it will save you a LOT of money."
"Bakery is a mess, the bagels are burned to a crisp. Customer service is abysmal. Self checkout was closed and I was treated like a terrorist trying to scan my groceries."
"This place was my go to spot. But lately it's not stocked well. A lot of items I buy regularly are not available often. And I know many don't car but the only reason I shopped here before was how cheap they had Copenhagen. Now they've been out over a month and it appears they are stopping the sell of tobacco all together. It's the closest store to me but I'm now shopping elsewhere. Staff is friendly bit it's poorly managed it seems."
"Inform your hours. Don’t have on that you’re open until midnight on Christmas Eve if you’re not. A bunch of people are driving into your parking lot and leaving. Just put that you are closed. Everyone’s coming here because you say you’re open. You’re a one star for that."
