"Store was destroyed. End cap displays had zero product on them. Shelves empty. No one anticipated the holiday sales rush I guess. Terrible ordering/planning. One cashier on a super-busy Saturday, self checkout of course. Went to Michael’s where it was fully stocked and staffed. Thank you Michael’s for being a professional retail organization. Joann’s is a disaster as a shop. Retail at its’ worst."
"good selection of fabric and goods for the most part. have to give this location a low rating though because the staffing situation is actually laughable.* while the employees are nice and somewhat knowledgeable, they are nowhere to be found. if you need an item that’s locked up for security purposes, you will have to search the store for 15 minutes to find someone. when you finally get your items you’re met by a 45 minute wait in line to purchase your two items. to top it off, the somehow decide to put the slowest of the 3 employees in the store on register when the store is packed and the line is wrapping through the aisles. i regret not shoving my items in my purse and walking out. (no employees would have been there to stop me.) *i understand we’re experiencing a worldwide staffing shortage, but this is actually ridiculous."
"I love this new Joann store! Everything is clean and organized and easy to find. They have an amazing selection of fabric and craft supplies and there are always plenty of great coupons to use on products and purchases. The staff are always happy to help find anything you need. I always come out feeling more happy and inspired than when I went in."
