"Been going to this location for awhile and the crew is so sweet and helpful. I always feel so welcome and it's pleasant to hang out in the lobby and browse your phone or read a book as you have your drink. There was one time they served it in a mug and it was delightful; it brought a homey spirit to the visit. Afterwards the rest of my day is always a bit brighter."

"This is my first time leaving a review anywhere but I felt the need to let other people know about this before they come here. I usually love this location. The staff is always extremely friendly and they are always super kind about my overly complicated order. But today I came in and a woman was working that I don’t typically see here. She was pushy and rude about the 50% off sale they had going on. She asked me if I wanted to add extra stuff to my drink (which is already $10 because I like to add a lot already) and then asked if I wanted to buy cups when I told her I was finished ordering. The staff has never treated me this way. I could understand if it was just one time. But no means no! I said no several times before she stopped asking! How disgusting to try and force your customers to give up every penny they have. I came back later in the day to get another drink and the regular staff told me it was a general manager trying to get me to spend an absurd amount of money! Not even a worker there! Come here for the staff, not the management."

"My girlfriend and I both work for Starbucks and know that the drinks at this location are not being made to Starbucks standard. Shots are being pulled on top of ice instead of before the ice so drinks are coming out watery and warm. Shot quantities are not being followed. Today is one of the many times we ordered a flat white that was made with less shots than the recipe calls for. My cup was covered in other customer's stickers. We understand mistakes happen but this is continuous at this location. We will be going to other locations from here on out."
