"Unfortunately this location seems to be going downhill nobody acts like they care I sat at the drive-thru speaker for nearly 10 minutes before he took my order me having to prompt him then sat in the drive-thru behind several other cars for nearly 20 minutes to get my order. Not sure if management is lacking in this location but some of these workers need to get their butt kicked into gear"

"The icecream machine is broken more than it is actually working. I called before I made the drive to make sure the icecream machine was working one time and The guy said , “the icecream machine is rarely broken, it is a matter of bad timing in your case. “ I have gone to the facilty 4 times now in the past 2 weeks and every time I am told that the icecream machine is broken. I find it interesting that this is a Restraunt know for their ICECREAM treats and 90% of the time the money maker is broken. Maybe there should be more of an emphasis on getting machines that actually work if they are broken this much. I have also noticed that the employees like to shut the icecream machines down around 40 minutes before they close and say the machines are being cleaned or broken. If you say your open until 9:00 then don’t start cleaning the icecream machines until 9:00!!!!!!!!! This is such a bad business practice. I wonder if the owners know that the employees are doing this?! I about ready to boycott Dairy Queen!!!"

"The price increases have gotten out of control. This is the last time I will buy food at Dairy Queen. Prices have increased on the 4 piece chicken strip basket from $7 to $11. That’s over a 30% increase! Not only that, they just increased prices again so recently that even their most recent sign isn’t up to date. Companies and businesses owners have gotten too greedy. (I will say the staff was friendly, so nothing against them)"

"So, all in all, I dig the food, service is fine and atmosphere is as good as fast food can be I guess, but I am appalled at the price increase to an already expensive fast food joint. I came in to get your awesome Royal New York cheesecake shake in the large size and I whipped out the 7 bucks I expected to pay and dude relayed to me that it was $8.43 and I thought I didn’t hear him right, 3 times over I asked a “huh?”, “what?”, “say that again” (he kind of had a lisp I must note), and finally I looked at the little monitor to see it so I could believe it. After that, all I could say was “Jesus Christ, what happened?” And he said we’ve had a price increase due to inflation. I ended up asking dude to make that a medium instead just so I could live with paying a little less for a shake. What a joke Dairy Queen! That’s absurd to charge people that much for ice cream and some cheesecake cubes. I hate to say it but you’ve lost two customers, me and my man. Love your product but your price makes you crooked. Paying that much made me feel embarrassed. I felt stupid for paying it and your owner should feel bad for charging it. That’s that."

"Went shortly after opening (about 11am). 2 people were smoking on a bench at the start of the drive thru line, too close to the building. I was served old, squishy fries, and I hate to imagine they might have been leftovers from the night before. The cherry slushee float was off as well. Instead of slush, it was like a carbonated cherry syrup; perhaps the slush wasn't properly frozen yet. Disappointing experience."
