"Tamara Broadhead does not care for her patients. After placing my child on a new med, the day after we had to call about a side effect. Her office called back 3 days later, because she does not work full time. Last week my daughter appointment lasted 10 minutes, she was typing the entire time. My daughter felt dismissed. As we were in the parking lot her and the assistant were running out to their car. We were the victims of their other priorities. Then, we tried to fill this new med that was prescribed in this 10 minute meeting. Our rx did not have it, because it is controlled, tamara has to cancel an resend, it cannot tx. I left a message first thing Monday AM, never heard back. I called Tuesday , Laura the MA said she would put an urgent message to Tamara. When I called back, Laura said Tamara already filled the rx and its ready for pick up, they called and verified it. I called the rx, the pharmacist told me AGAIN they dont have it on stock, wont for some time. And, he said noone has called from the dr office. Laura outright lied to me. I called her back and she said oh really? I found another rx that had it, asked her to have it moved there. She said she would mark it urgently. Never heard back. I called at 3:30 and Laura said its still “pending” with Tamara. Day 3, I call the pharmacy, they dont have the med anymore they are out. I call Tamara office and they dont answer, leave a 5th message. I call the Provo office and a nice lady actually listened, called Claudia and they both left a message for Laura and promised a call back in 30 min. Its now 2 hours later, havent heard from this Laura nor Tamara Broadhead. We will be canceling any further appointments with her, taking a chance on her was a mistake. This office has people that care, Laura and Tamara Broadhead are not one of them. I read this Havn is in the business of providing health management, Cody Weaver CEO, that owns Strive. I guess their idea of health management does not include hiring nurse practitioners that actually do work. My daughter will be without meds for the holiday, has stressed about her finals this last week of school because she had anxiety she was supposed to start this w med er Tamara. This is a kid with two suicide attempts. I will run all over this city to get what she needs to succeed. Tamara Broadhead cant take two minutes out her day to transfer a rx. This is the kind of care you can expect."
