"Great clinic! This clinic is by far the best clinic I’ve ever been to. The doctor is very knowledgeable with medications, mental health, and addiction. I’ve never felt more at home than I do when I’m at this clinic. I’ve been going there once a month for one year now. The assistants and other employees are also impressive. They are very friendly and helpful when I’ve had a question. I’ve had to call in and have the doctor send my prescription to a different pharmacy and I expected to have it take 48 hours. However, it took less than two hours for the doctor to do this for me. That is exceptional service! Other doctors would have taken much longer to get this completed. The office is always clean and organized. The office runs smoothly and I’m usually only there for approximately 1/2 to one hour for my appointment. The doctor seems to be running on time for the most part. I can appreciate this. Overall great clinic! Don’t hesitate in going here. You’ll get all your questions answered quickly and correctly. Great overall experience!"

"Look elsewhere! Unprofessional and unkind. i truly hope you all are able to cultivate compassion for others. The doc's personal finances are much more important than patients' well-being. Anyone who can treat you like money, rather than a person, should not be seen. Perhaps the doc could be a golf caddy or something, but not in healthcare. Selfish duck. Re: Glade Curtis, though it looks like this is a clinic-wide problem. A terrible problem. Oh, yeah, ditto to the disingenuous person at the desk."

"I've been seeing Dr Schaat for a little over two years now and my experience has been great. At first we tried a few medications to manage some depression. After a few, we got it nailed down and I feel really good. I do quarterly follow ups and my overall experience has been awesome. I would totally recommend them."

"Dr. Schaat has been very helpful in finding the right combinations of medications for me and he is very kind and listens to what I need. He is an excellent doctor. This is the only reason I have continued to go here. Every single time there has been a problem with prescriptions actually being sent over, or the right amount of refills being sent over. I have been treated rudely by staff in regards to these issues. Today they were very rude when I just wanted to confirm that my last appointment should have a credit on my account because they made me pay when I had a $0 copay. They instead launched into this whole thing about an outstanding balance on my account and I wouldn't be allowed to see the doctor until I paid. I had already said I would pay when they sent over the invoice, but I just wanted to confirm my last appointment had been billed correctly first. Sheesh. I wouldn't even have an outstanding balance if they would have clarified which Select Health network they are on vs. just saying we take Select Health. Heads up, it seems they don't take the value network. Another time their blood pressure cuff squeezed me so hard it left a bruise. I told them it was hurting and they said sometimes it just does that, but they wouldn't listen when I said said like this is actually hurting me, and when it finally errored out and they took it off, my arm was instantly bruised."
