"My PCP is Dr. Wilkinson and have no issue with her at all. In fact, I really like her attentiveness and compassion. I also love the fact that this location has a lab onsite which is very convenient. However, I've had multiple problems with the administration. I scheduled an appt with her months in advance, took the day off work for this appt, only to show up and find that they had scheduled me with a different Dr. altogether with no notice and who specializes in another field completely unrelated to my problem. No apology, no explanation for the error. I had to reschedule my appointment and will have to wait another month to be treated."

"I really like all the doctors I have seen. It is disappointing that if you are out of state and need a prescription they will not send it across state lines when I have other doctors that have done that in the past. One doctor had a personal agenda and would not prescribe a maintenance script because “she did not believe in it “ luckily I was able to see my usual doctor after that."

"Dr Atkin is wonderful! We’ll never go anywhere else! We love him and we love all the great nurses. Always a good experience."

"My doctor and nurse are excellent when I can get in to see them. Unfortunately, their availability and the office are less than adequate for my needs. I have been treated at instacare facilities for things I should be able to go to my family doctor for going on over a year. The only thing I have been able to use my doctor for is my annual physical which I can schedule a month in advance. For anything else, they are either out of the office or booked weeks out. Very unfortunate to have found a Doctor I like that I cannot seem get an appointment with when I need him or be offered the option of seeing someone else in the office. The office and the call center are also quite inefficient. Doctor is awesome, the business is far from it. Unfortunately for me, I am back in the market for a new doctor."

"No idea what these negative reviews are all about. Front desk staff are just fine. Sometimes they are busy... okay all the time they are busy and so might not be able to chit chat with you all day, but usually they still find it in them to be genuinely friendly. I've been seeing Dr. Atkin for years and he has treated me for so many things I couldn't count them all. Cured a problem I had dealt with most of my life that no other doc could with a little genuine interest in helping me since it wasn't really a difficult thing to treat, just took effort to figure out how. He put in that effort and still does every time I see him. His staff are always smiling and friendly. I would not be surprised if the negative reviews are a smear campaign by another clinic. Seriously, that's how odd I find the 2.8 overall rating. Makes no sense at all."
