"I waited for over an hour in the patient room for the doctor. I finally stepped out to get a drink of water and remind them I was waiting when I saw the doctor finishing up with people who had checked in after me. He came in and apologized for the wait and was nice, but that’s ridiculous. The front desk staff charged me a $75 deposit that I finally called about to get back. They tried to tell me on the phone they keep it for other appointments, but I will not be going back. I was referred to another clinic they work with for fertility needs and I didn’t get the results back for almost 2 months. They told me to call and get the results myself. When I called I was told grainger needed to call them because they referred me. It was a mess and they never seemed to have an answer. They would just tell me to call back or find the answer on my own. They said they’d send another referral to a different lab and guess what…I never heard anything back from them. It is so hard to get a hold of them, they put you on hold for long periods of time or don’t respond to messages. I will never visit this office again."

"The front staff barely made eye contact, was unhelpful when issues of payment came up, and it was obvious they did not want to be there. Even though I pre registered online and had been seeing the doctor for the past 21 years, they asked me to fill out a new patient form because I hadn’t been seen for more than 3 years. The form was a copy of a copy of a copy and was an incomplete health history. It would be much more appropriate to welcome a patient back and ask them to fill out an updated history or make it a part of the pre-registration. It honestly felt like no one cared to make the experience pleasant. I would not recommend this office because of how I was treated. It was almost like it was inconvenient for me to be there. I have had good experiences with the physician, and I appreciate having a doctor who knows my health history. The office staff, however, was so unimpressive."

"I met with Heidi Bedont, and I had an excellent experience with her! She is very kind and understanding. When she did my pap smear she explained the procedure and showed me what she would be doing. I highly recommend her. In addition, the other women who who helped me at the front desk and at the lab, were friendly and polite."
