"Staff was really nice and service was also good but the billing is horrible. Paid at the time of service for an MRI and received a discount for paying at the time of service. I keep getting bills for that discounted amount. Every time I call I get no answers for what this charge is for. Don’t offer a discount if you’re just going to send a bill later for that amount."

"Be aware of billing scams!! I was shocked by my experience at what I thought was a reputable hospital. I rented equipment from lone peak for a sleep study and the front desk person gave me an estimate of what it would cost. When I received the bill it was over double. I called customer service and they were 0 help. I spoke to a financial counselor who was polite but also provided 0 help. It wasn’t until I asked for an itemized list of charges and requested a manager’s contact info that they actually looked at my account. Sure enough the service had been double billed. Avoid this place if possible! If you have to go here, make sure you request a good faith estimate of charges in writing ahead of time. Ask for a itemized bill that includes icd codes. Even at “reputable” places they will try to scam you or be too incompetent to recognize obvious errors."

"I delivered here about a week ago and I had such an amazing experience! The room was huge. Everyone who came into my room was so kind for the most part. All my nurses were great but I LOVED my night nurses. Huge shout out to Jessica and Grace for helping me. As a new mom and all the hormones being all over the place, they made my healing in the hospital the best that it could be. I owe so much respect to my nurse who stayed with me 30 minutes after shift change just to help me deliver. She took care of me my whole laboring process and was very kind and explained every step in detail. She even got on my bed to help me turn my baby so he’d deliver the correct way. I don’t think I could’ve asked for a better nurse to help me than Danielle. I could go on and on about how my experience was just so amazing! Thank you to all the staff who took care of my new little family!"

"I had my baby here and really didn’t want to because it was far from my house. My insurance company said that this hospital was the closest hospital I could deliver. After my experience, I am really glad it worked out that way. The staff was kind and worked quickly while I was in agonizing pain. The rooms were nice, the food was great- especially for hospital food and the cleanliness was better than many hospitals I have seen. I actually can’t say enough good about it and everyone has earned and deserves my gratitude, respect and praise.
