"I’m a second generation patient of Cottonwood OBGYN! (My mom came here with my younger siblings.) She highly recommended I come here, and I am so glad I did! My first doctor here has since retired, and I went through two miscarriages with her and felt so cared for by her and Debbie, her nurse. In my third pregnancy she went on her own maternity leave and I was able to choose who to move to, and I have a couple of friend who love Dr. Kaelberer so I decided to go with him. He delivered our baby and has been so helpful in making me feel at ease in our previous and current pregnancies despite my first two miscarriages. I appreciate how quick his nurse Susan is to call back when I have questions, and Dr. Kaelberer himself sometimes calls to give results of tests, which makes me feel truly cared for! I cannot recommend Cottonwood OBGYN enough!"
"Dr. Faircloth is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She listens, validates and ACTUALLY helps find what's wrong. I've never had a doctor take my complaints/symptoms so seriously and she found 3 underlying health issues just in my first visit with her. One of which was just based on her observing me. That's how attentive she is. I can not be more thankful for her and her teams care."
"Dr. Erica Fairclough is absolutely amazing. She not only listens intentionally when you talk to her, but she is explains everything thoroughly with genuine care. I would recommend her to any expectant mother who simply wants be heard, cared for, and feel like they have a say in their birth plan. Dr. Fairclough is an amazing health care physician and solid advocate for moms to be."
"I would give zero stars if I could. I don't normally do reviews, but this I feel very strongly about. I saw Dr. Faircloth after a recommendation from a friend. My OBGYN retired and I needed a new one. I was told she would be great in helping me with some of the issues I'd been having. My first visit was a wellness exam, I waited for a bit in the lobby but figured it was because they were busy. After getting called back to a room, I waited for over half an hour for Dr. Faircloth to see me. I complained to the nurse that my health issues had been ignored in the past and she assured me the doctor would do what she could to help me. Dr. Faircloth spoke very quickly and the whole appointment felt very rushed. She gave me a few suggestions about what I could to at home to help my complaint (hasn't helped) and pushed getting an IUD. Claiming I would be a good candidate and it would help some of my problems. I was apprehensive, but decided to go with it since she seemed to know what she was talking about. The IUD experience was one of the worst in my life. I was only told to take ibuprofen before the appointment and was not given any other instruction to prepare me for it. She tried for 30 minutes to get the IUD in, while incredibly uncomfortable I tried to grit my teeth through it. She could not get it in after several attempts and left me very sore, with a lot of bleeding. With out going into detail, she mentioned what she could see going on with my body and instead of offering suggestions on what to do to investigate further why I was having these issues. She instead gave different scenarios in which she could get the IUD in another time. She quickly apologized and left the room and me half naked bleeding on a table. I was not given any instruction on what to expect as I recovered from this traumatic experience and when I called 3 days later to ask if the amount of clotting I had was normal. I was told she was not in the office that day, but to keep an eye on it and she would call me back. I never heard from her. The only bright side to any of this is her nurse was incredible. Trying to be very helpful through both my appointments and calling me back a week and a half after my botched IUD appointment to make sure I was healing properly. I do not recommend Dr. Faircloth or Cottonwood OBGYN. I have called them today to request my medical transcripts, so I can start the process over again of finding a doctor who will hopefully actually listen to my health concerns and try to remedy them."
"Dr. Kaelberer and Susan are amazing! They are so knowledgable and were so patient with all of my questions as a first time mom. Kaelberer also performed an endometriosis surgery prior to my pregnancy and was so helpful with our infertility concerns. I had a great birth experience and am grateful for their awesome care!"
