"I called a while ago and made a ob appointment as something in my life exciting happened I’m pregnant! I told the lady over the phone that my information was no longer the same I remarried and she did not want to change it even my phone number changed. She said to change it at the appointment okay well yesterday was my appointment I live 40 minutes away I get there I’m checking in updating information another lady had come up your doctors hospital no longer accepting BCBS for insurance if you deliver there that changed this morning. I said okay that’s fine as of right now I don’t know if I’ll be moving I’m waiting to hear back which could be any day or months from now. I don’t know oh okay she said. Went back to whatever. I sit down and wait with my husband 5 minutes later. You won’t be seen today because of insurance we’ve been trying to contact you for weeks explained how I was treated over the phone and if it just changed this morning how have you been trying to contact me for weeks? I got up and walked out. I still can pull up the obgyns covered by my insurance and she’s still one of them. They are no where near caring or compassionate they don’t care about the patients and something is completely and utterly fishy about the situation I now drive 1 1/2 hours away from home to be seen in the county I’m hoping to move to. If I could I would get no stars on this. Be careful. They waisted time and gas for us."
