"About a year ago I took my Rough Collie to Sydnee’s for the first time and wasn’t too happy with the results. Management called me and talked to me about how they could make it right, which I really appreciated. Since then, my collie has been in twice more for his bi-annual grooming and they just keep getting better! Today, Deatte did his grooming. I spoke with her when I dropped him off about what I wanted and I felt she really listened and asked clarification questions. When I picked him up, he was groomed perfectly following what I wanted and he looks SO GOOD. He is so soft, he smells wonderful, and she got all of his shedding undercoat out. I am so happy with his grooming today and I really appreciate Deatte and all the work she did! I’m so glad I gave Sydnee’s another chance after the first time!"
