"We stayed at this RV park (which isn't really an RV park but a re- purposed parking lot) on 4/8/22. I originally paid for 2 nights in advance because my son had a baseball tournament for two days but the parking was so unlevel that I couldn't get our rig level. I even used 2 cases of leveling blocks which I've never had to do. We had to sleep on a huge angle, couldn't cook food or shower either. It was ridiculous. The next morning we called and informed them we'd like to be refunded for our next night due to the conditions. The lady promptly told us that they didn't offer refunds. We objected that we weren't really asking for a refund but to not pay for the next night and the reason was the condition of their RV park. They still declined to refund our money. There were a ton of open spots so it wasn't a matter of us costing them a different reservation it was simply an objection to giving our money back for a night we didn't even use. That's ok... I paid with AMEX so I just denied 1/2 of our payment but I'm writing this to warn others. In addition to that, when we first pulled up on day one, some detectives pulled up next to us and got out and had a trail camera that they set up right inside the woods behind the parking sites. Not 20 feet from where we were camped. I inquired and they refused to tell me what the camera was for but after they left I ventured into the woods and saw the camera was pointed down the hill towards the park and what appeared to be a bench dug out in the hill. I can only assume that some people were down there doing drugs or something. Regardless, it made me feel pretty sketchy that some sort of illicit activities were going on right where me and my family were sleeping. Anyways, I'd recommend staying somewhere else. There is a reason why they won't refund money and I'm guessing that it's because the site is so flipping unlevel people want to leave all the time."
"We stayed at this rv park on our trip out to California from Colorado. The sites are level and clean and we had no issues on an overnight. On the way back from California our rig got a flat tire in Utah and we notified this RV park to let them know we would not be making it for our reservation tonight. They did not refund us for the night we did not stay at the park and we were told that their system does not allow refunds. This is unacceptable and I would definitely not recommend staying at this rv campground. Proceed with caution and happy trails."
"I was here in late August and there were about 6 or 7 places full out of dozens. Basically a paved lot with picnic tables behind each spot. My 30 amp service worked fine. Needed about 6in of levelers to get the RV level. My 27 foot RV fit fine. Probably 35 or 40 mightbe okay. Electric and water at the spot. About 10 minutes from walmart and laundromat. Nothing fancy. But only 20 bucks, hence 5 stars."
"Basically a parking lot. Paved spots, but not level. Easy enough though if you're an RVer. There's a ton of road construction around the park, so expect some delays. Sites have water and power. There is 1 dump location on the far west side. I tried to call about availability several times in the days prior to visiting, but the number is just to the parks and rec department, and I was never able to actually get a hold of a person. We shows up around midnight (thanks to road construction along the whole Salt Lake Valley) on a Tuesday night in July and there was plenty of room."
"We stayed here one night. It's basically a parking lot with electric, water and a dump station for $20 a night. It seemed that most folks camped there were long time residents even though there is a 2 week rule. There was no noise or any trouble from any of the residents. The road was a little noisy, but couldn't hear anything from inside the camper. It's not a place to relax. It's a stop over."
