"the place is a joke. the management is terrible the hoa is terrible. you can get fined if you swear outside of your house. which is illegal??? freedom of speach??? if you’re not mormon they’re rude to you, definitely discriminate against religion and more. can’t use the microwave with anything on. unsafe environment for single women. can hear everything! worse than a normal house! i’ve never seen such a badly planned development. one entrance, apartment numbers are all over the place. no privacy because of it is not soundproof at all!!!! they are losing money every day! do not buy here. also owners and hoa are racist as well"

"Most awful place to ever live. Harassment by the HOA, HOA hidden fees + constantly adding new rules and upping HOA monthy costs. But no HOA benefits (besides maybe a couple new trees being planted and mowed grass) in result of this - makes no sense. Unprofessional and unhelpful. Cops get called on other tenants constantly because the HOA is that unhelpful. Warning ⚠️ dont live here or rent, you’ll instantly regret it⚠️⚠️ Also VERY unsafe environment, many occasions where im grateful i have my husband with me, i can’t imagine what would happen if i were a single female"

"Part of the community is still being constructed as of right now however they are doing a great job separating that from those living here. It's always tough living next to construction, but the community and quality of product is totally worth it. Great location and the area is really up and coming and has a high end feel."

"Terrible landscaping. They are installing sod in their park strips that will never be used. We are in the middle of one of the worst droughts ever and it’s clear that they just don’t care. Giant thumbs down."
