"Service and care were good. MOST disappointing was there charging 180 dollars for a follow-up visit when we were SPECIFICALLY told that the initial visit INCLUDED the follow up. The contradiction of the clinic in this matter TO THAT OF ITS STAFF brings their integrity into question. LET THE PATIENT BEWARE."

"I suffered an on job injury and was taken to Care Now in Lakewood. The staff had an awesome bedside manner,kind ,direct,fast,and thorough. My next appointment I asked to be changed to one nearer to Addison area and was accommodated. Even there now in the North Dallas Preston facility that kindness was extended! Different staff but same vibe as the first!! It was a difficult time for me,but they made it easier. Continued blessings and success to all that assisted from both facilities."

"I am doubting these reviews of 5 stars are real. This is a poorly managed location. They will have you wait hours for an appointment without saying anything to you. I arrived early for my appointment (3:45pm a 4pm) the. Proceeded to wait and wait. Once it was 5:10ish I walked to the front to see what was going on and if there was still anyone in front of me. Where they said they had one more appointment in front of me (was 2 but the other one had gotten annoyed and left) they claimed they had an emergency that got them delayed. Well that fair but you have to handle the situation. Get in contact with appointment and let them know or at the very least tell them when they check in. Preferably call them ahead and allow them to either reschedule it be checked in early and notified when they are next in line so they can arrive before and not be waiting for hours with out an idea what’s going on. I am currently still waiting at 5:20. Poor management is definitely to blame here. Give respecting your customers time a try if you would like real reviews as your yelp reviews are only 2.5 this is clearly workers putting in fake ones."

"I highly recommend this CareNow location. I was greeted professionally by very attentive front office staff. Back office medical personnel completed my pre-exam and prepped me to see the physician. Doctor’s exam was thorough. She addressed all of my concerns and asked a lot of questions to give me the best treatment. She also gave detailed discharge instructions so I knew exactly what to do and how to follow up if needed."

"All the stars above are for the Dr's and their assistant in the back! The doctors and the lady that does vitals are awesome, beyond amazing ... enter SOME PCTs! Very discriminative with how they treat some patients. I've had to watch people be served while waiting for 2 hrs because one Tech didn't upload my info. Another tried to overcharge me, then collectively made me wait another hour just because I inquired of my status! You give Dr. Trombley a bad name!"
