"If I could give zero stars I would. Do not go with this company at all. Our builder has something lined up with them so that's who we had to use. We went to an initial meeting in November 2020. Then in January 2021 we finalized our design and layout. Hugo Rene was very friendly and easy to get along with. He answered text in the beginning. We knew at the beginning of the year there was going to be shortages. So we were patient with them. June 2021 it was time for them to start putting up cabinets. Nothing. They wouldn't answer text, calls, their receptionist started screening our calls by not answering the phone. We had to push our closing date time and time again due to them doing half the work. We ended up closing at the end of September with unfinished cabinets. The colors were wrong. We didn't have pull handles. Our builder decided to hold off on paying a portion of the invoice until it was complete and we are thankful for that. We are now in April 2022 and our cabinets are still not done!! Avoid at all cost"

"The service is very amazing very courteous very wanting to know the concerns of their customers. You give them your idea and they turn into a masterpiece. If you're actually looking for any Type of cabinet work. I would totally recommend to check this company out. Believe me it is worth the time."

"Terrible client service. Rene was full of promises and never delivered any product. he came to our house 3d week of june to measure and last week - September 24th i decided to tell him not to show up again. Found out later on he never put the order in for the shop to work on the cabinets. He also never answered phone calls and txt messages and gave bogus timelines.... it was always next tuesday, next friday etc when we were able to connect with him. Unfortunately cant comment on the quality of the product as i never saw anything. hoping the other representatives live up to the possible great product they have."
