"My experience with this store wasn’t great. We purchased a bed set worth of $1,200, which did not come with assembly instructions, 2 screws were missing. The actual story starts with our purchase of antique mirror along with the bed. We had to return the mirror because it was too heavy on the wall. When we tried to return this mirror within 3 days, Maritza was not cooperative and dismissed us saying, that the mirror is not returnable as there is no return policy on it. First of all, She never explained the return policy and secondly She was very rude and unprofessional. I have never seen such a bad customer service. We kept asking for a store credit because we were looking for more furniture to buy from the store. When we almost gave up and were ready to leave. Laurenn came to rescue us because she recognized us that we bought a queen bed set earlier from the store. I told Laurenn, I will never buy from this store again because of how we were treated by Maritza. Thanks to Laurenn, for making it possible to get store credit. We bought another item. The only positive thing about this store is they have some good collections, Paul, the owner was nice when we tried to negotiate for our bed set, and of course Laurenn."
