Boondocks Bumpers

"Purchased a bumper in December of 2019 and it took several weeks to receive from the manufacturer. To top it off, it started rusting just three months later. Reached out to the company SEVERAL times with no response at all. Reached out to the company that I purchase through and they could not reach them either. Now it it out of the “warranty” period from boondock and NOBODY from the company has contacted me to remedy the situation. Do NOT buy from them! Once they get your money, it’s over. That’s over $1000 wasted for a bumper that’s rusty on my brand new truck!"

"I ordered a boondock bumper from real truck wet site and never received my bumper after 30 days i called real truck they said they cannot get nobody at boondocks customer service so real truck refunded my money and let me order a new bumper iron Cross bumper they come in in 3 days thank you realtruck"

"I have a 4 month old rear bumper that is so rusted it looks 10 years old. I bought it through bumper superstore who I contacted about the issue, they got back to me saying they cant reach the manufacturer so get a quote on new powder coating or paint and they will see if they can help me out some. Well i dont want to do that. Why should I pay more on something that should of been done at the factory? I just emailed them for the second time. If I dont get a return email, then its onto certified letter, and if nothing after that, it will be up to the FTC. I run a business and would never treat my customers this way."
