"Service was great. Employees were awesome. What I'm trying to figure out is the bill. There's the charge for the lube, oil/filter change of $48.50 which includes parts for $28.50 and labor for $20.00. That math adds up. Then there's a charge for $4.95 for the oil filter and $22.00 for the oil. That's what I'm not understanding. If the charge of $28.50 for "parts" doesn't include the oil or the filter, which would make sense, then what "parts" is this charge for? If I'm missing something please educate me, otherwise it seems as though I'm being double charged for "parts"."
