"Just proved why I don't shop here. Walked in to look for a specific product. Team didn't greet, ask if I needed help or even glance my direction. I walked the entire store and of course didn't find what I needed, however if I were a thief, I could have walked out with a battery and I am sure they would have never noticed."

"Went to check my battery to see if it needed to be replaced. After waiting 10 minutes in line asked if they could check my battery. Was told to wait until other customers behind me were helped first. After waiting 10 more minutes I left and went to O’reillys and was helped as soon I walked in the door. Very poor service at autozone. Go to O’reillys if you want someone who cares about your business."
