"This is the slowest, most disorganized wholesale distributor I have dealt with in my 40 years experience. I would rather pull all my teeth with fencing pliers than come here. But at least they are consistent! Always the same, hurry up and wait in this line, then hurry up and wait in that line. However, they are so hit and miss at delivering, I'm afraid this is the only way to ensure you are getting what you need on the same day. And the phones are even worse! I've even heard this from former employees."

"Terrible automated customer service. It tells you wait on line, someones recorded message says goodbye and hangs up. Or you can press one (1) after being hung up on and wait for seversl hours to a full day for someone to answer. You could drive over there 3 times, before someone answers!!"

"I don't know about the employees at the main counter, but the staff at the will call pick up counter are great. Very friendly and had all the correct parts I ordered online. There was a long line when I arrived , but they got us out of there fairly quickly. Will do business with them again. Best line of communication with BH PDC is through their website. They responded to my questions fairly quickly."

"So apperantly you can't buy from these guys while using your VPN. Bunch of nonsense. I have to turn off my VPN. No thanks.... I'm going some place else. Here's the email from them. "Hello, We are so sorry, but your order has been canceled due to your method of payment being at (HIGH-RISK) Here are the following reasons the website cannot process your order: 1. There is a good chance that the customer's IP address is behind a proxy. We do this for our customers safety only. We are sorry that this has happened to you. In this case, if you are using a VPN, turning it off and placing the order again should help it go through.""
