"I ordered over $200 worth of parts. Shipping protection was automatically added but was not readily visible upon check out using Apple Pay. I immediately contacted customer service to have them remove the insurance but they were unwilling to reverse this or offer a credit. Seems very inflexible. They explained that the insurance allows them to quickly re-ship the item if something happens to it but this seems really lame on their part since it is their responsibility to deliver the product in good order. Most companies would immediately ship a replacement regardless, and then sort it out with the shipper on their end if there was damage. If they want to insure THEIR shipment, they should pay for it! I would be surprised if they are not receiving a commission for pushing this “protection”."

"They got me again! Every couple years I give CC another chance and every time I get cheap Chinese products that they claim are OEM. From brake lines and drums to basic bumper bolts their products are just a little off and don’t fit correctly. Check reviews on landcruiser forums before buying."

"I order a headliner and a voltage regulator for my fj55 about a month ago and I noticed it hadn't shipped yet. I contacted Cruiser Corps via email and spoke with Julissa. She was great. She looked into what happened and found a solution quick to get my order back on track. Great communication. Will do business with them again. A+++"

"Just recently I ordered and complete OME suspension system for my 1987 FJ60. I understand that Cruiser Corps has some very bad reviews on google and yelp and I don't claim to understand the orgin of those reviews, but Julissa and Mike did an excellent job. When OME had a couple of components out of stock they went out to other vendors and sourced them directly for me and shipped them in seperate packages. Everything arrived yesterday. I was very happy with the personal service I received. I will certainly order from them again. Thanks"

"No stars if I could. Ordered an overpriced radiator only for it to arrive damaged. Customer service says that I should take it up with ups since I didn’t pay for the insurance. Absolute con artists. ***UPDATE*** After haggling with one of the owners for an hour and being hung up on twice by the owner, there was no resolution so I decided to take up the matter with my financial institution. Miraculously Two weeks later I received a notice of refund from Cruiser Corps as well as a return label for the shipping. It was sad that it took so much effort to get them to do the right thing, however I do appreciate it."
