"Front desk very accommodating , Adam is great made sure all my needs were taken care of great location and transport to and from resorts easy . Stayed in the cottage and the penthouse it was amazing . Especially hot tub , highly recommended ! Ruth Chris steakhouse for room service is awesome as well since it is in the hotel . Smores every night for kids is awesome as well"

"One of our favorite hotels. Rooms are large. Kids love the jacuzzi and pool outside (in the middle of the winter). The gym and spa are amazing. The two restaurants are excellent. Every employee is incredibly kind and attentive. The shuttle is very convenient and, if you ask nicely, they will take you anywhere you need to go."

"Rooms are spacious with lots of amenities. Service was just OK. The staff doesn't seemed trained. We were told that a restaurant was open and even given directions to it on the property. We arrive and we were told that the kitchen had been closed for about 20 min. When we went back to front desk, staff seemed surprised. Someone hit our car in the garage. The good part was that a staff member immediately noticed, without our asking, to help. He reported it to the front desk and said that they had cameras. No one from the front desk ever reached out to us. Ever."

"My family had an incredible week staying here! The hotel staff was so amazing and went out of their way to help with everything and anything. We played board games at night in the cozy lobby with hot cocoa. In the morning the fire was going and coffee was ready for us. The rooms were so clean and the hotel Shuttle was so very accommodating to take us wherever we needed to go. Shoutout to Rommel! The entire staff was so pleasant but I must say Rommel worked hard to make our entire experience the best possible. Breakfast buffet in the morning was so delicious! Again, the staff was the best! I think the kindest people in Utah must work at this hotel in some capacity! This Florida Family will be back :)"

"I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! The best service and staff that we have encountered thus far and we’ve been skiing at numerous ski resorts throughout the US. The staff goes above and beyond and are extremely friendly. The shuttle drivers are phenomenal and they even gave us great recommendations for dinner, which end up being our favorite dinner place! I cannot rave about the entire staff and how accommodating they were for us! The complimentary hot chocolate with the beautiful views were just an added bonus! If you’re looking for the best hotel in Park City, look no further and book this hotel! I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!"
