Holiday Inn Express & Suites Park City, an IHG Hotel

"NOT a pet-friendly hotel, despite claiming to be. You'll be charged $50 extra per day for your pets (which is standard) but they won't clean your room if a pet is inside, and they claim that you can never leave the pet in your room without you. Given this location is in a ski town, most people are coming to ski. Do they expect people to take their cat or dog with them on the ski slope? Seems they allow animals so they can justify charging the extra fee, but unlike other pet-friendly hotels like Hampton Inn, they make it challenging to stay there with your pet."

"I spent Valentines here, was very noisy. Didn’t get much sleep. Also didn’t help that it snowed that night so the plows were loud as well."

"Well this place really saved me! I want to give kudos to Mr. Gilmer (at the front desk) who gave IMPECCABLE customer service and assistance! I had driven all day from TX and was *supposed* to check in to an AirBnB. However, the host was extremely rude and the place was dirty. To top it off, the AirBnB host would not let me out of the driveway to leave. I was panicking. I immediately called this Holiday Inn as I am an IHG member and I needed a good, clean place to rest. Mr. Gilmer (at the front desk) answered and immediately assisted me. He helped me book a room quickly even though I was so scatter brained and anxious from dealing with the AirBnB host. He even stayed on the phone with me while I exited to the AirBnB and got on the road. It really takes something so simple like what Mr. H did for me tonight to go a long way. I am going to write to management tomorrow to recommend him for a raise and promotion. Mr. Gilmer (at the front desk) makes me believe in the future of hospitality and a loyal Holiday Inn member for life. Thank you so so much & God bless! "Surprisingly this was a great budget friendly 2 star hotel. We planned this Park City trip last minute and wanted to save some money. This hotel had everything we needed from a hot tub/spa to breakfast. The hotel was kept clean and service was good. Its close to Park City, the highway and its next to a shopping plaza. Highly recommend and we will be coming back."

"Really good location and nice rooms. Location allows access to Park City, Wyoming launching pad, or easy 30 minutes to Salt Lake City airport. The rooms are great - comfortable and not a lot of traffic noise considering how close it is to the freeway. Also like the walkable distance to lots of fast food options."
