"One of my favorite places to stay while in PC. Always accommodating and so convenient to the slopes and rental. Just a bus ride (free) to downtown and your off. Just an amazing place to stay."
"I highly recommend this place for ski lovers because of their easy access to ski lifts and ski valet where you can store your skis overnight. They also have 6 hot tubs and a heated pool outside and grills to BBQ and fire pits to roast marshmallows or warm up. The resort also has daily programs for guests to enjoy even if they don't ski such as yoga, paint and sip, local coffee and tea tastings, movies, and more. I enjoyed my winter vacation here."
"I would recommend Marriott Mountainside to anybody. The convenience and location for ski-in ski-out is near unbeatable. The pool/hot tub/gym is excellent. And the service of the staff, particularly Dylan, was instrumental in making our stay unforgettable. The only things of note, would be that there is still ongoing issues with the fireplace in a group of rooms (was not a problem for our group), and that there aren't real lunch/dinner options on the property. So just plan your meals accordingly, (expect traffic in general Park City area to be very very busy between 4-5:30pm)"
"The service is very poor for the price you pay to stay at this location. We arrived when there was a power outage for the whole building for almost 24 hours. While the power outage was not their fault, the problems that occurred after the power was turned back on were ridiculous. The TVs wouldn’t work and the appliances didn’t work. They were well set up with back up power to check us in and take our money, but they refused to give us any compensation for the problems we faced during our three day stay. The garbage disposal didn’t work which was not related to the power outage. I called and asked for extra pillows at bedtime and nothing was delivered for 45 minutes. When I called again, they apologized and finally had them delivered. Their manager, Mathew, didn’t see a problem with that poor service. Again, that wasn’t related to the power outage. They had a broken pipe and brown sewage water came into our bathroom sink when we turned it on. Brown sewage water also came into our toilet when flushed. We couldn’t use our toilet or bathroom sink for hours. Again, the management didn’t think that was a problem worthy of a discount. They also falsely claimed it was related to the power outage so they could feel better about not compensating us for our poor experience at their hotel. Their manager Mathew was very rude on the phone to me when I asked for compensation for the inconveniences we experienced unrelated to the power outage. He was not empathetic and acted with much rudeness. I won’t be coming back and would advise others to stay away from this hotel."
"If you want to ski at Park City, it's hard to find a better destination. Large apartment-like rooms and helpful staff make it even better. They provide free parking for one vehicle and a ski check room just before you go outside. The only downside is there are few nearby restaurants, you need to take a bus or drive to get to most."
