"If ypur thinking about living here, get ready to have housekeeping inspections all the time. Like ALL THE TIME, they said they HAVE to do one every 3 months. due to hud rules. (Which I know is not true.) But really, they do more than that. They just did one not even 1 and half months ago. It honestly feels like harassment. We used to have one a year, "maybe 2" now, it's all the time. I don't like people in my home. And especially when I'm not home. And they never tell you exactly what day or what time just sometime between Monday and Friday. So, if you don't want them in your home while you're gone, you have to give up everything you're doing to wait around all week until they decide to show up. (It's not like you know any of us have things to do), but they just shrug and go, "You don't have to be home. " .... I always feel weird thinking about someone being in my home around my things, etc... when I'm not home. Like i could handle this more if they didn't do sooo many inspections. It's just too much and feels like harassment."

"Very rude management, has bugs and various amount of mold growing everywhere. Apartment manager doesn’t do her job and in force things how they should be, security follows everyone around. Just a very disappointing place to live overall and how are these ladies still able to work in management with an attitude like they have. These should be shut down in my opinion."

"Do not live here. At first they treat you alright but security is power hungry and will assault you and threaten you for mild reasons. Office staff and security have privileged bad attitudes. They treat you as if you have no rights. They threaten tenants with evictions and call the police even when there are no incidents. Forget trying to state your case when you're being done wrong. They'll just write you up or give you bs for that. It's pointless to be courteous and polite to them. They will run you over, even when you keep the apartment clean. There are cameras on property but they are only used to help the staff and spy on tenants. Some people had their cars broken into and staff didn't do anything despite the cameras being there to help find who did it. Wish it was better but the staff acts like everybody is below them. They come into your apartment without consent and charge you for damages that were previously in the units. I've seen security try to assault someone while they were in their car, beat on a mother's car and threaten her at the gate, cuss tenants out and yell at them. There's no respect. It's sad but it's almost like a dictatorship there. Don't let their lies fool you. Even staying to myself I've had problems where staff and security gave my family hardship. I paid rent on time but still had an eviction notice put on my door for late rent. Went to the office and they said they have to fix it. Poor management. It's nice apartments but the pest control doesn't get rid of the roaches."

"I have lived here 5 years now and I have seen an incredible transformation happen!!! Security is amazing and works well with the residents. If you or your family/friends are not a problem, or cause problems, they treat you with respect and gratitude!! New Management new owners new renovations and a secured front gate!!!!!"

"I'm getting ready to move into my apartment next week. The staff are very nice and she got me into a apartment fast. Lynco will no longer be the owner of the complex, they are getting bought by someone else so those too ghetto people and the really bad influences are already getting evicted. they are also doing some renovations so, I rather like the apartments."
