"I have lived here since March of 2016. This is a very well maintained complex, The grounds are always well maintained, the laundry room is very clean and I have never had any problems with that or anything else, The pool area is always clean and mainitained as well. The few maintenance issues i have had were very quickly addressed and repaired frequently the same day or the next day. Update to review about May of 2019 we have a new manager. This is a nice place to call home!"

"Very clean and well kept. All maintenance done in a timely manner. Friendly and caring staff. I've lived here for almost 2 years and I have no complaints. If you have a problem you just have to talk to Connie, the property manager, and she will do what she can to help. I'm lucky to have nice neighbors and feel very safe living here. "I've had an excellent experience since I've moved in. I've had no issues with roaches or bed bugs; they spray every other month. I had one maintenance issue with the dishwasher when I first moved in, but it was fixed within a day. It's super quiet and the grounds are always clean. My dad came to visit me, and he was impressed with how quiet and well maintained it was. The staff is always friendly to me and my son, and he loves to get candy when we go into the office! And the pool was great to use in the summer. I definitely would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!"

"I've lived here for 6 years. The staff is great. I've never had an issue with roaches. They come and spray bi-monthly, if you see any roaches between sprays they will come out and spray for you. Connie, the property manager, will tend to your needs as long as she knows those needs. They work with you if you are unable to pay your entire rent at the first of the month. This was my first apartment, I am 25 now and the only other place I would move to is a house. No other apartments compare, especially for the great price. The maintenance men are amazing and prompt. Sophia does a great job at the front desk. The property manager, Connie, is really down to earth and about her business. If you're looking for a place to live where there's not a lot of drama, noise and where you actually feel appreciated as a resident, this would be the place!"
