"I should have listened to people telling me Case & Associates properties are built cheap. You can hear everything in the apartments including neighbors in their own apartment talking. Neighbors above you will have treadmills and use them at 5am-6am. The kids from the apartments nextdoor go ding dong ditch people in the apartments so then the employees from the office yell at the kids that actually live there and weren't the ones who did it. The office manager threatening to make kids at the bus stop hold her hand. When you move out they will charge you for the carpet even though you're told they change the carpet if anybody lives there longer than 6 months. We had a 2 bed 2 bath and paid $200 less than we pay for a 4 bedroom house now."

"These apartments are built extremely cheap. The walls turn black just by easily touching them. Some water damage caused mold to form behind my babies bed they came to treat it after a few days and i feel just painted over it. In the summer there were HUGE spiders everywhere that could blend in with the carpet so once i did step on one, i also was scared for my baby to crawl around or be on the floor at all. With the office staff everyone was great, until they got new management (Regina) who was extremely rude and didn't know how to communicate. I always felt like anything i asked or was concerned about was a bother to her. My car was broken into MULTIPLE times on property , security was a joke. The so called amenities were BROKEN (fire pit, grills). So expensive and for what. Don't move here!"

"I have only lived here for a few weeks but I love it!! It is clean, quiet and fantastic. Everyone I have met is super nice. I was so excited to use the amazing grills and can’t wait to use the pool in the warmer weather. Tons of areas to walk the dogs. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a rental property. Great location too!!"

"Came in a few days ago inquiring about a 1 bedroom loft with garage. I’m an RN at one of the hospitals downtown so I thought Broken Arrow would be a great place to be for a slower speed on my days off. Was told I would receive an email from one of the women in the leasing office about the apartment but never heard anything back."
