"After staying at several other chain hotels and then our last few stays being Hilton properties, we recently became Hilton Honors members. We reserved a room for 2 nights here while we were in Tulsa for the weekend. We attempted the digital check in and digital key, but that function was not working thru the Hilton site. In-person check in was a breeze though and no matter what time of day or night, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great both days with several options offered. Items were well stocked and fresh and the Breakfast staff was also very friendly. Coffee and ice water are available 24 hours a day which is a plus for us. What impressed me most about this entire property was how clean it was. Our bathroom was SPOTLESS and our room was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. A convenience store right next door and several shopping options nearby also make it a great location. We will choose this property every time we stay in the area."

"From the beginning to the end of our two-night stay the service and the personnel were great. Our room was very clean and during the nights we appreciated how quiet it was. The bed and the bedding were comfy and soft, respectively. The breakfast was satisfying."

"I was more impressed by the service and reception that my husband and I received upon arrival. Their breakfast selection is absolutely wonderful and the breakfast stuff is delightful. Unfortunately I was bitten by bed bugs during my visit there. My husband was not bitten. It was a double occupancy room and we slept in separate beds during the entire visit. It was supposed to be for my birthday weekend when we were there. This has disappointed me greatly in my experience. Luckily I contacted the Hampton Inn customer service line and they readily responded and refunded our entire stay. They were very proactive in my complaint and highly apologetic."

"If you are looking for a hotel over the Holidays, you should stay at a Hilton! I just joined the Honors program not too long ago and it is MUCH better than other loyalty programs. EVERY SINGLE person I met at these two Hilton properties (BA and Miami) were professional, helpful, kind, and extremely friendly. Like family, honestly. Keep up the good work, Susan, Keith, Stone “Phillips” (BA Hampton Inn), Catrina, Papa Bear (Miami Hampton Inn), Miss Patty (BA; awesome breakfast maker!!) I WILL be back. Merry Christmas!!"

"First let me say how accommodating the staff is here at Hampton Inn. Keith and Suzanne are top-notch when it comes to customer service! Very accommodating. Patricia cooks a delicious breakfast! I travel quite a bit and it is the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The rooms are clean... love that! Refrigerator and micowave in the room as well. Plenty of parking with a convenience store next door."
