Clarion Hotel Broken Arrow - Tulsa 2600 North Aspen Avenue, Broken Arrow, OK 74012

"I booked one night stay at this hotel and stayed one night and, they charged me for two nights instead. Called to ask what for they charged extra 84$, and the manager is always busy and never actually called me back as they said at the reception. Called customer service and they explained that i was charged for 2 nights and for a refund I should wait a call from the manager within 5-7 days. It was just someone from customer service called and asked if the manager was in touch during this 5-7 days, and the manager of course didn’t respond. On top of that in the middle of the night woke up scratching because of the disgusting bed bugs, couldn’t sleep after that. Likewise despite smoke free hotel strong smell of weed in the hallway."

"Hotel itself was quiet in the rooms for being next to the freeway. Breakfast was okay, the eggs texture was something to be desirable for. But the room itself had issues. The pullout couch had mouse feces in it, there was a cockroach on the floor in the room, furniture had seen better days, and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The popcorn texture was also coming off in the bathroom due to poor ventilation by the ceiling fan."

"The worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. Cockroaches! Place is dirty. AC/heat didn’t work correctly. Bathtub material peeling away. Toilet wouldn’t stop running. Moved me upstairs and I listened to dogs barking all night long. Will never stay there again!"

"If I could give 0 I would. Infestation of roaches, and bedbugs. And as a housekeeper I was disgusted by the way things are done. Absolutely makes no sense, they really want to make it seem like they care. After cleaning my rooms they wanted to shine a black light on everything in the bathroom which is fine but only if your going to shine a black light on them comforters too. They do not change these comforters after every single visitor which is disgusting. I really hope they change that one day but please don’t stay here it’s just gross."

"I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay! It was a great value and I enjoyed the gym and the delicious hot breakfast. The staff was very friendly and quick to help. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again when I’m in town."
