"THEYLL STEAL YOUR $100 DEPOSIT! They’ll harass you to leave your room before it’s even checkout. The bathrooms have holes all over which is creepy because of potential cameras. Staff get two thumbs down they’re rude and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache the beds are horrible too ours came with a huge slumping hole in it! Booo shame on this facility!"
"It was great for the value. No automatic doors, no special creamers for the coffee, and elevator is broke. But room was decent and indoor pool was nice. For the price I will stay here again"
"First off the lady at the service desk was really really nice. Unfortunately she’s not so good at her job. First she put us in someone else’s room. We went and told her the door key wasn’t working so she reset them. We walked in and I saw 2 beds instead of 1 king and then I saw a cpap machine on the nightstand. Then my husband pointed out the luggage that was in there. We obviously left immediately but we could’ve gotten shot when we walked into someone else’s room. Then when we told her what happened she acted like we didn’t see what we saw. We should’ve been put in 122 not 121. Our gas is off at the apartment complex so all we needed was a shower. My husband took his first. The water wouldn’t drain so he stood in the water the whole time he took his shower. I couldn’t do it so I went and told her about it. She went with us to check a shower in a different room and it just trickled out of the shower head. Obviously we left. The desk lady did call someone and said we would be getting a full refund. As of right now it is showing twice the amount we paid pending withdrawal in our account so it looks like instead of a refund we were charged twice. If it changes I will change this part of my review. Later we went to the Clarion Hotel and their showers were amazing."
"Good room for the price. Good mattress and cable. Short toilet could be upgraded. Decent complimentary breakfast. Ice machine was broken, and we had issues with our room keys even though we had them reprogrammed twice. Decent area, not very far from the casinos. Good value for under $60 on New Year's Eve."
"Room was very clean, no roaches or bugs, staff was pleasant and helpful. It was quiet and nobody bothered us. I would stay here again."
