Stoney Creek Hotel Tulsa - Broken Arrow

"This place is amazing. Beautiful decor in the lobby. Awesome indoor/ outdoor pool and hot tub. Photos on the web site need updated though. Rooms were clean and spacious. Great view and great prices Breakfast was very good! Motel is close to lots of attractions Will visit again"

"It was a nightmare! Room wasn’t ready at 3 pm, wasn’t ready at 4 pm, left for a second time and came back again to check into rooms that was not put together correctly! Missing pillowcases, pillows just thrown on the foot of the bed, sheets looked like they hasn’t been changed, no towels, no hand soap. There were people piled up in the lobby and everywhere waiting and highly upset waiting hrs for their rooms. We had 3 rooms and not 1 of them was cleaned properly. I had tried to talk to the front desk without any success on Friday. Saturday no one changed out towels that we had to go get ourselves on Friday, so I had to go get towels again Saturday. The toilet wasn’t flushing correctly and was acting like it wanted to overflow again we call the front desk and was told we would have to go to the service desk and get the plunger…What!!! They refused to do their job, as we went to the service desk there is a young lady behind the desk on her phone ignoring people as they walked up. She was so zoned into her phone she was oblivious to the guests! Saturday I talked with Gered High and he was wonderful!!! If there was any light it was him. He listened, and made things right! You definitely need more people on your staff like him! It was on spring break weekend so I will come back just to see how it is on a regular night!!! And will give another honest review! I pray this experience was just a fluke!"

"I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The service was TOP NOTCH! Absolutely fantastic! Every person we came in contact with was wonderful. The lobby both on the lower and upper level was really special. These areas felt like a beautiful lodge versus a hotel. We were able to gather with our family in the main lounge area and also spent some time in the “Library” where the kids could play and watch TV. I was disappointed but how run down seeming the areas leading to the pool are. This area didn’t seem as well kept as the main areas. The Hot tub was Ice cold for our entire 24hr stay (which is the main reason we booked here) The kids really enjoyed the pool. We got a cold day, so the pool did seem cooler but they still had fun. It was “heated” but it wasn’t warm due to the outside weather. The rooms were ok.. the bathrooms seem very out of date. But they were fine. Nothing fancy. The bartender was very kind (he works his but off and that was obvious). I’d def stay again, just giving my honest review! It was a bummer going out of our way just for the hot tub/pool combo and the hot tub being down."

"We booked this hotel because we'd been here before when the hotel was new and had a nice stay. We booked it this time because the pool is nice. This last stay we were less impressed. The quality and service has gone downhill. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Cockroaches in the sink area. Checked our immediately after killing a few roaches in the sink vanity area. Front desk didn't care much. Gave a sorry and checked us out."
