"They have you pay too high of rent & extra fees out here to be roach infested. INFESTED IS A UNDERSTATEMENT. My Car has been broken into more than once. On the first night here the carpet smelled horrible from previous owners having pets and still had dog hair on them. Multiple roaches seen on the first night. They play you good!"

"Updating my review I have been at Somerset Park at Union for over 4 years when I first moved in it sucked lol but now we have in my opinion the best management team my last review had some former employee names that were super awesome but they got new people now same company just new people Juanita, Nicole, CJ and Ashley are truly all amazing people and maintenance is incredible too you won't regret it love this place and I love the office and maintenance team I am very pleased with Lynco Properties being at Somerset Park at Union thank y'all"

"I lived here for approximately 6 years. Back in April I started noticing mold issues along the wall that connects to their laundromat, and brought it to the attention of the property management, I even paid out of pocket to have a mold test performed, which came back saying there was in fact a mold issue. They claimed to have had the issue fixed but I was still experiencing negative effects (being allergic to mold) so we worked out a deal around the first part of May that I could break my lease with no repercussions. Yet today I received a letter saying I owe them nearly $1000 for not giving them enough notice as well as not cleaning the apartment I couldn't be in due to a severe allergic reaction to the mold. Even though as I was moving out I found more evidence of black mold. And yes, I have pictures to prove the water damage and mold."

"Do NOT move here .INFESTATION OF RATS .Told them the problem and haven’t heard back all my stuff have rat waste and all my belongings chewed . It smells so bad and we are actually very clean people . Literally the worst apartments. They are very NICE at first but once you move in they don’t care and ignore your concerns. It’s a drag for something to be wrong with the apartment and for them to fix it and will have a attitude when your the one living in those conditions. They will take weeks even months to come and check. Please look elsewhere it’s not worth it ."
