"Currently a resident here and like the people have said the manager is very rude and unprofessional. She gave me a 30days to vacate for something that didn't happen. All she need to do is review her security camera which is right by my door. Put in worker order and nothing get done except harassment from the manager Ms. Penny and some staff workers."

"Very rude and very unprofessional whomever is in charge of answering phones needs to fired asap!!! If that's how you conduct business then y'all won't be in business very long. Tulsa housing authority will be made aware of the rude and unprofessionalism as well and If it continues I'm calling the news stations next!!! I wouldn't advise anyone to deal with this apartment complex unless you want to be hung up on and your time completely wasted and money taken from you. There's a bunch of weirdos working there especially the receptionist answering the phone with a "hello""

"I thought about these apartments when I was moving but the lady in the office was very rude when visiting the property the office smelled absolutely terrible and the apartments were very much ran down and extremely dirty looking I would not suggest wasting your time at these apartments. **Update** I applied at this apartment against my better judgement a little over a month ago. After applying I called the office the next day and was told by the same rude apartment manager that the application was still being processed and I should wait till the following day. The following day comes and goes now it's a whole month later and I still have never gotten a response so I filed a dispute through my bank for the amount of the application"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager is incredibly rude for no reason. They don't fix anything. They never have maintenance. I have been here for almost a year and have spent the last few months without an oven. And the reply I get from the manager is you already called you think coming and talking to me is going to make a difference. Little to no respect. But they expect us to pay our rent. You will need a lawyer if you plan on moving in here."

"I got approved for this apartment, paid my deposit 3 1/2 weeks ago, was told my apartment would be ready Wednesday April 6, 2022, well now it's Friday, but still can't move in on Friday because now there's an electrical problem, so I couldn't move in on Friday, but it would be ready Monday, got all my stuff out of storage on Monday, to get to my apartment with my U-Haul ready to move in, then was told it would be a couple more days, because my apartment was still having electrical issues, plus the carpet needed to be taken up out of the bedrooms, which I don't know why this wasn't done the 2 weeks while I was waiting on my apartment to get ready. So now I'm back to putting my stuff back in storage and don't know when I would be able to move in...I JUST GIVE UP"
