"Was offered a unit by Autumn and was promised specific days to have the unit on hold and when I came in she had given it to someone else. You can already tell shes a pick and choose type by the attitude she was giving us the first day we came in to the last day we met with her. If you want to get some help, definitely ask for someone besides the lady named AUTUMN cause she acts too high and mighty. Smh."

"This place is infested with rats, mice , what ever you want to call them. I put down a trap in the closet n caught 8 on one sticky trap in one night. You can hear them crawling through the walls. They get in all the cabinets. I’m literally terrified to walk through my house cause they are every where. If I had somewhere else to go I would have moved out already. I saw 3 run in my room in total as I was typing this review."

"They change managers like ppl change their underwear. It’s ridiculous how poorly we are treated by office staff. They don’t do their job and then try to blame the residents. Terrible place to live! Definitely do not recommend at all. The first year I was here, my apt got shot up by a drive by and I came home to my neighbors boyfriend dead near my porch! The office doesn’t care about their residents. I have had to call HUD on them 3 times so far. Just don’t even waste your time!"
