"This place is just a simple way to get scammed of your application fee and to waste so much of your time. Did everything that was required. Toured the apartment, filled out the application, and put a $250 deposit down to hold the apartment till we get to move in. Application was put in on Dec 20th with a move in date of Jan 3rd. Called a few times to get updates on the application and they just give false answers. They never merge me and my roommates account like they said they would so the background check said that I didn't not make enough money, but my roommate did, who works the same job as I do. They no longer would answer any calls from us and after I went to the office they said if they don't answer to send an email. They also ignored the email. The only time they answered the phone was when I called them with *67, which makes the caller ID say unknown caller. They told me I get to wait a month to get my deposit back, but I guarantee it'll take longer because I doubt they sent any paperwork to get it started. They told us numerous times they would give us a call back and it did not happen even once. Do not waste your time here unless it is your absolute last effort. I recommend looking anywhere else until the staff gets replaced."
"Went through the whole process of a tour, application and deposit to hold the apartment. Put $250 down to hold the apartment. Throughout the whole time they never once called us back after saying they would. After the application and background check was finished I was approved but roommate was denied for not making enough even though we work the same job. After calling and checking on the status of our application a few times they started screening the calls and not answering our numbers. Then we went up there and they lied to our face about going through corporate to override the application. Then proceeded to not answer our calls or emails after that. Finally we used *67 to get them to answer, they answered the first time. Then we told them to refund the deposit and they said it would take a month to get the refund. Absolutely disrespectful of our time and money we could've been looking elsewhere. I would never recommend someone try and apply at these apartment"
"So my grandmother just passed away. I missed work for a wk and came to them for help and to see if they can do a payment arrangement. They said yeah they will take half and then if I don't pay by the 12th I'll get a eviction notice and have a additional $150 late fee..what kind of help is that? You are praying on the weak and vulnerable. Please don't rent here there is better locations for better prices"

"I planned on moving here and everything seemed great. I places a deposit to hold an apartment, filled out the application, and emailed all the Information that was needed. They never reached out to me. I had to continually call them. There were times I couldn't get through and the response was that they were having problems with the phone. A simple resolve would have been to use your personal phone to reach out to your new tenants. Long story long I asked for my $150 deposit back after the date passed that I was supposed to move in without any call from the office. I received a check for $65 dollars instead of $150 due to extra fees. I was considering to move here next month in spite of the lack of communication however, due to the integrity of this location I won't."
