"Craftsman Property Management has been exceptional. Their online platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Moreover, their ability to address any concerns we may have had in an efficient and timely manner is commendable. We utilized the portal for any items that needed to be addressed and they were sending out someone the day of our the next day and we could track the progress. Additionally, the seamless and swift move-in process was laudable, reflecting Craftsman Property Management's commitment to providing excellent service. The house we are residing in is stunning and located in a desirable neighborhood. I couldn't recommend CPM more!"

"The good stuff: The bedrooms were very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We did not get to use the hot tub because of the weather, but it looked clean and was functioning. Washer and dryer were older models but worked great. Lots of the furniture was fun and unique pieces. What was out of their control: the weather in OKC was very cold. Like a low of 2 degrees. The bad: The rest of the house was not very clean. There was dirt, leaves, empty pill capsules and dead bugs on the floor. There were dead bugs in many of the light fixtures. The shower floor had some gunk in it. Most of the drawers in the kitchen had foods crumbs in them. The pans needed to be washed before we used them. But the biggest problem was no hot water and the lack of concern from the host. We got there on Saturday night and had trouble with the hot water. When we got up the next morning, there was no hot water at all. I reached out to the host to find a solution they responded that they would send someone over to fix the problem. I did not hear from them until I reached out again. They said they sent someone over and if the problem wasn’t fixed, that was unfortunate. When I inquired about the plan to fix the problem and get hot water they did not respond. I sent messages and called their phone number with no response for more than 12 hours. Finally had to get AirBNB involved."

"This host has been absolutely the best to work with. We will checkin to our property in a few hours but have previously been by it and actually spoke with the cleaning crew from a prior renter. The house looks exactly like it does in the pics. The host has been super accommodating. I do not anticipate any problems. Will update with another review after our stay. So far we have been more than pleased with their response times."
