"Great location to easily get to restaurants. Rooms were nice, clean and ready for us. The customer service was wonderful. The staff were all very kind, especially Kristen, who was very fast when it came to the valet service. Overall we had a wonderful time!"

"The location is perfect for a short walk to many of the restaurants and bars, and the ballpark. We had an issue with our TV (blue picture) which was promptly replaced. The valet service was impeccable, with a big shout out to Kristen H, in particular!"

"Stayed at the Hilton for a business trip. The rooms were clean just a little outdated. Hotel is located in bricktown and a convenient walk to restaurants, stadiums, and nightlife. Meeting room was spacious. Kristen with the valet service is so sweet. Great personality, friendly, and attentive."

"Rooms were fine. Room wasn't ready after check in time. Elevators take FOREVER. One couple waited 30 minutes for an elevator because the stairs are hard to find. Our room keys completely stopped working after the first night. We got a replacement and that didn't work either. Valet took 45 minutes to retrieve our car. Room service never came. No towels at the pool even after multiple requests."

"I had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn at Bricktown. Things almost went bad when I went to checkout and leave. The valet brought my car around and we discovered the back tire of my rental car was completely flat with a screw in it. Clayton, David, and Bryce did not miss a beat. They changed out my flat tire in about 15 minutes and had me on my way. That is an outstanding level of customer service that you don’t see very often. I offer many thanks to those young men."
