"i travelled from long island and had a terrible day. Cash at valet was so very helpful when i arrive and he single handedly turned my day around. He helped with all my baggage and gave some ideas on what to do around town. Very personable and went above and being to help me in anyway possible. thanks cash for all the help man!"

"I have been to many Omni hotels and resorts, and I must say, this is one of the best ones! Rachele is great to book with at the spa for a facial, the amenities are clean and user friendly, and overall the staff is nice. There was one front desk lady who was rude during one of my stays, but other than that, everything is great! I did enjoy the first room and bathroom I had during my first stay with them. The latest rooms I have been given does not have the best view or walk in shower that I enjoyed."

"I had a flat tire when my car was returned me and the valet staff was INCREDIBLE! Billy immediately started changing the tire while Phillip and Jared assisted and made sure I filled out a claim form. These guys were simply amazing. I wish I could do more than write a glowing review. I just can’t say enough about the Omni valet staff. Helpful, friendly, and funny."

"This hotel has such an elegant and cozy feel. The staff were helpful and nice. The room was ready and clean. The room decor and bathroom tile/fixtures are modern, put together very well. Room service was timely, with great portion sizes and tasted so good! Inside the hotel there is a coffee shop, store, Bob's Steak and Chop House, bar and another restaurant. The location was great because the Paycom Center is right across the street. Great way to go to an event or game and stay overnight. No hassle about fighting traffic or crowds, just head to the corner and cross the street. Wish our stay was longer, so I will definitely be returning."

"Very convenient location if you are going to the Paycom Center. The staff there are very friendly. The view from the hotel is amazing. While there we are at two of the restaurants which both had amazing food. Room was clean, efficient. The pool/hot tub area has amazing view. The pool is heated which makes it nice being on the roof too. The coffee shop had friendly staff, great coffee and huge blueberry muffins that also was delicious!"
