"People stay here mainly because it's closer to OUHSC campus, OMRF. I have been living here for the same reason. If you decide to live here you should know these: 839 Apt 3 and 4 have sewage problem, specifically toilet line is clogged (or something) in every few months and all the stuffs (feces etc) come up through the bathtub (and if there is no bathtub in that particular apartment then on the floor), and that's not only from your toilet, but also from the apartments upstairs. Each time it happens property will say that they will do a big repair and fix this, but that permanent fix never takes place, so it keeps happening. Now you can imagine how unhealthy, mentally disturbing and disgusting problem this is. They will not permanently fix the problem (to me so far seems like they actually cant), or will not permanently move you to another apartment, neither they will be cordial/cooperative to fairly compensate you. Not to mention the problem of dishwasher, kitchen water leakages through the pipe under basin, mouse, cockroaches. I would be careful to live in these apartments, its a big no especially if you have kids."

"This apartment complex is good. The rent is reasonable. But every year the manager keeps increasing the rent. The customer service is also good. They solve any service request very fast. The apartment complex is old so they have some cockroaches. The neighbourhood is ok but not the best for raising kids."
