"It's more like catering to assist living people. For a 62 and older it should advertise for people who need daily assist. Hallways floors are filthy. Residents complaining about water coming up from the floors. My toilet stool leaks and that is causing a urine smell in my bathroom. Cant wait until my lease is up out the door i go. No cameras which allows the residents to leave the doors crack and whom ever can enter into the building. Think twice before you sign a lease not unless you are used to the ghetto life."
"I signed a lease for 62 and older. Every since i've been here there's been a lot of young people as if they live here. Maintenance is very bad. The halls ways aren't clean on daily basics. Windows never cleaned .Doors ajar letting in who knows. Just afraid if these things arent taken care it will become another project."
