"My case manager thought this was the BEST place in the world. It's the WORST! My door was opened when housing, case manager, I & landlord walked over to do inspection....... THE DOOR WAS OPEN! Inspection didn't pass, landlord was all to happy to get me in THAT DAY! I couldn't shut my door, I had NO HEAT! WINDOWS RATTLED at the slightest breeze..... In the 3 months I lived here MY DOOR WOULDN'T SHUT! I ACTUALLY HAD TO PUT MY FRIDGE UP AGAINST THE DOOR TO KEEP IT SHUT. IN THE 1ST inspection 18 things were wrong. Landlord was in NO HURRY to fix anything. The day before the next inspection, she threatened me. Told me she would evict me if I didn't meet the guys fix what they came to fix. 1 thing, that's it. Outta 18 things wrong, they came to fix 1 thing. Landlord kept emailing me bout the deposit, someone was paying that. She knew that, I even had the letter saying "upon a PASSED INSPECTION" well the inspection wasn't passing. So no deposit, this place is just horrible. I had talked to multiple people who've lived here for over 10 years..... What is wrong with y'all? My inspection FAILED! Housing let me move ... Talk bout PTSD, landlord kept sending me threatening notes my door ( I saved THEM ALL) .....I KNEW she would go after me. They put me in collections cuz they think I owe them money ... I'll be sending an email to cooperate to show them it's not on me. If I have to I'll get an attorney.... Cuz I'll win, housing is on my side. DON'T GO HERE! There's other places that are better"

"So ive lived here two years. I’m moving out to move to Tulsa to be close to grandchild. I wouldn’t say it’s ideal for children because nothing for them to do. However for single adults with dog or cat id say come on and make it your home. No place is perfect. I have access to their free internet. Management has worked with me when they don’t have to. I’m grateful t have had this experience. Thank you Ridgewood for this opportunity"

"Do not believe the lies. There is no included cable or internet. They will tell you that to get you moved in but the reality is ive been here 3 months and never given cable access. Now there's a new pm and she jus says she doesnt see that in my lease. This is a bait and switch scam. The internet is horrible. 1 mg if you're lucky. And thats if theyve paid the bill. Even when it does work its constantly dropping and buffering. If it doesnt work, is it actually included? Forget working from home. Took 3 weeks just to get a mailbox key! I could go on and on about the non stop issues. No ac and ive told them about my heart condition, they dont care. Put the request in a month ago. Freons on backorder lol. Right. They had no power at the leasing office for weeks cuz they dont pay their bills. They can easily email u about rent being due but if u need service, plan to chase them down constantly cuz they're definitely not proactive. This is all within jus the first 3 months. Worst place ever."

"I’ve been here almost a year and it’s gradually gotten worse each month. The management and maintenance are basically nonexistent. Someone got stabbed here recently and they put up a fence around the courtyard? Neighbors have no courtesy and there’s no management to solve anything. Hardly ever parking and now there’s roaches!! I can’t wait to move. Would NOT RECOMMEND!!"

"The apartments were recently sold which is a plus. The community director Rhylee is already getting things done to make this comfortable living for each resident. I'm excited to see what happens in the future. The rules are simple here and the community is quiet believe it or not,. I've lived here a year and don't plan on leaving. If your looking .for a place ...I would give Ridgewood a call. I'm grateful to be here"
