"Lovely building! The staff is very helpful and engaging. All of the residents that I have met so far are very pleasant and kind. They have great community activities throughout the buildings plus amazing amenities. Beat building in OKC. Love it."
"I love living here. It's convenient to food, night life and entertainment. The staff is awesome. Yes they had issues with the alarms in the past, but I'm just glad to know they work lol. Haven't had any more issues with the alarm so it seems to have been addressed. I HIGHLY recommend living here."
"My wife and I moved into The Edge in October along with our 2-year old son, our dog, and our cat and we're loving it! We were a little nervous about returning to apartment living with the little ones (we've lived in our own house the last few years) but the location and situation made sense for us to give it a try and we are glad we made the move! The amenities are great, everything is well maintained, we've had no issues with ownership and we've gotten along well with all our neighbors. Combine this with the great location in midtown and we feel highly satisfied with our choice!"
"We moved into The Edge at Midtown in April of 22’. There were several concerns we had that failed to be addressed, such as the dog park, the noise levels, and some of the amenities were not operable. It was still a fabulous location, and we enjoyed the other residents. Once Beth, the current director, began working at The Edge at Midtown, all issues and concerns were addressed. She added irrigation to the dog park, she ensured the pool, hot tub, and sunning pool were operational. She communicates on a consistent basis regarding any issues, or emergencies, that arise. She makes herself available for her residents, by walking the property, scheduling one on one’s to discuss concerns, and attending all functions put on for the residents. These apartments are well maintained, and any maintenance issues you have, will be dealt with in a timely manner. There is an on sight security presence in the evenings. You can call to report any issues, and they will follow up (usually) within minutes. There are many options for you, when it comes to Midtown living, but you would never regret choosing The Edge at Midtown."
"Rent is slightly pricy for OKC, but the amenities make it worth it. Apartments are on the smaller side but very modern and clean. Few residents take advantage of the rooftop with an amazing view of downtown, grills, gym, clubhouse (with free Starbucks coffee), or pool—often feels likes a private getaway. With 250 units, the building is quite large and confusing at first to navigate. It’s super close to all the bars and restaurants of midtown and not of a far walk from downtown or automobile alley, etc. I also love being able to go for runs in the adjacent, historic neighborhood of heritage hills. Aside from size and price, it’s taken a while for the management to fix one of the entry point boxes damaged in a thunderstorm—but they said they’re on it. Minor issues, but I truly enjoy living here! UPDATE: I’ve lived here for two months now, and the management still hasn’t fixed the call box, making it very inconvenient to get to my apartment. They originally said it would only take a week to do so, and I’m frustrated that no action has been taken."
