I have hardly had any problems since living there, but any maintenance request I have submitted has been completed in a very timely manner. They have kept the property up nicely, and it is always clean and the landscaping looks very nice. All of the tenants I have met are very friendly as well and it is a quiet place to live. It has been a great, more affordable option to living in Midtown, and I have enjoyed my time at The Frank!"
