Woodcrest Apartments

"A year later and their solution for an ongoing water leak is to replace toilets in 4 apartments. Management offers to move me but I was told the apartment they wanted to give me was infested with roaches and bed bugs. I ask to see apartment before the work started to make ready but manager refused to let me. Then ask me if I wanted to see it after work was done. Neighbor moved to another unit right next to the one they wanted to give me and now they have roaches and they won't add spray until the bug guy comes back next month. Manager has lied to me and created more problems than she has solved. Don't move here if you care about your health or safety."

"My very ill sister lives here and they refuse to replace her refridgerator that doesn't keep food cold or freeze the ice trays. Who should we contact?"

"I have literally been to these apartments 4 times in the past week the office is always closed and today when I go you see someone in the office window and they locked the door when I go up to get an application I don't know about the experience of others but why even want to deal with a manager that is that lazy and doesn't even want to accept applications even if you have nothing available"

"I would not recommend anyone live here. My friend lives there on assisted living. He’s had to sweat the past three summers because the hvac unit is broken. They don’t care. Is this how we treat retired people in America?"

"If I could rate a 0 I would. My child and I have asthma where mine is more severe. This is a current problem in my home. I have called and left several voicemails and no one answers, they are hardly ever in the office when someone needs something. There is no effective communication and no stability. These have been my living conditions over a month. I have reported other issues and they have yet to be resolved. These holes are from mice that they know about and are doing nothing about. I have personally bought traps. Over 15 traps. The complex management only put one inside of our home. They are dying in the walls and causing maggots inside my home. I have more pics but you get the idea...... Update I feel really uncomfortable to know that they have taken pictures of the clothes in my home, which there are a lot of due to me moving the rest of my belongings in. The apartment manager stated that she took pictures due to damage, however she never took pictures of damage just my clothes that are in baskets in a closet. I have had problems since January 28 2021, that have gotten gradually worse since June 7th."
